Our PPG is hosting a Patient Support Week starting Monday 25th September through to Friday 29th September. The aim is for patients to help patients with similar experiences of Health or Social Care challenges and to get in touch with local organisations that can provide additional specialist support outside of the NHS for help dealing with issues such as Diabetes, Dementia, Social Isolation, Staying Active and Help with Children. Please do see or download below the full timetable of Organisations that will be on site at our Practice during this Week alongside our PPG members themselves.. AND PLEASE DO COME ALONG! 😊
