Whilst we highly recommended registering with our Practice online via the link on our Home Page, if you have difficulty accessing or using online services – or would like to help someone else with similar difficulties register with our Practice – you are welcome to register with us in person at the Practice. We would recommend attending the 1st Floor Reception after 10am to avoid peak times.

Harrow Road GP Practice aims to provide a friendly and professional service to all of our patients. However, if you do have concerns or complaints about our service, please let us know. In the majority of cases, issues can be resolved easily through discussion. However if you do wish to make a Formal Complaint to the Practice, please ask for a Complaint Form at Reception.
Of course, we do also welcome Positive Feedback about our Practice too. If you would like to do so please leave us a rating and message on our NHS Profile Page or Google.
